1. How do I book?
The best method is by calling us Free on 0800 043 1225, or our Mobile: 07575 656378, alternatively you can use our Online Booking or email us. Just put the dates you require in an email with your contact details and we will let you know about availability.
2. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include Free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Boston, (please see Area Covered or call for delivery rates outside of this area), blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, it also includes set up, inflation and collection.
4. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However we may even have availability on the day due to a cancellation so please call Free on 0800 043 1225 or Mobile: 07575 656378.
5. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side - this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited, and the are is as flat as possible.
6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 9-30am and 12-30pm, we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5-30pm onwards, although collection can be arranged to suit, it can usually be no later than 9-00pm.
7.Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
8. Do you hire overnight?
Yes, we can drop off at a time that suits and pick up the following morning by arrangement.
9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash, payment is due on delivery. Cheques (with cheque guarantee card) can be accepted by prior arrangement.
10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee although no fee is charged if cancelation is because of adverse weather.
11. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc, this forms part of the hire agreement.
12. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Only on our children's castles, they are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. Our Adult castle is for all ages.
13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
14. What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons. There are no cancellation fees if it rains on the day of hiring.
